Scaling Futures: How I Dropped the CPA for an Education and Migration Business
I worked for an Education and Migration business in Australia, targeting Filipino students who want to migrate and study in Australia, in their overall marketing department, including Paid Ads. The main goal was to generate leads and event responses for an education and migration business targeting prospective students and professionals in Australia.
This is the status of their Meta Ads when I was just starting:

April 2025 — Initial Campaign Performance
69 leads from Info Session campaign at $3.78 CPL
29 leads from Regular Leads campaign at $2.70 CPL
69 leads from AIH Event Group City Leads campaign at $1.28 CPL
127 leads from AIH Event Leads campaign at $0.78 CPL
90 messaging conversations from Traffic campaign at $0.92 cost/conversation
Total spend shown: approximately $466
And this is the new performance after 1 month of handling it:

May 2025 — Optimized Campaign Performance
104 leads from Info Session Leads Campaign at $5.95 CPL
58 event responses from Read to Becoming a Professional in Australia at $0.05 per response
70 event responses from Preparing You to Become a Healthcare Expert at $0.10 per response
89 event responses from the same healthcare campaign at $0.08 per response
Total reach: up to 167,386
Total impressions: up to 395,731
Spend: approximately $1,155 across the campaigns shown
To improve performance, I managed and optimized Meta Ads campaigns across lead-generation and event-focused objectives, testing different campaign approaches and audiences to improve acquisition and scale reach.
The campaign portfolio generated 104 Meta leads alongside multiple event-response campaigns, while scaling exposure to 167K+ people and nearly 396K impressions. The campaign mix was expanded from traditional lead generation to event-response campaigns to support different stages of the audience journey.
The campaign generated strong results by scaling reach and event responses, while maintaining efficient acquisition costs across multiple Meta Ads campaigns.
